Booking Policy

A payment via Cash App, credit/debit card or cash is required to schedule the appointment or service. You will be charged the total amount at the time of booking. You will be contacted to either process and/or confirm your payment. The booking is final once confirmation is received.

Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your appointment, please notify us as quickly as possible. Optimally, notice of canceling an appointment should be at least 24-hours before the appointment date and time. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be rescheduled at our discretion with a late fee of 25% of the cost of services booked.

Late Appointment Policy
To respect the time of clients and staff, we ask you to be on time for your appointment. Clients who arrive more than 15 minutes late may be required to reschedule with the consequence of a reduced appointment period. Clients who arrive more than 30 minutes late will forfeit their appointment and need to reschedule. A late fee of 25% of the cost of services booked may be assessed at our discretion.

No-Show Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for an appointment, you will be charged 50% of the cost of the missed service.

 
Teal Garden Nutrition Cancellation Policy to Protect Our Clients
We reserve the right to cancel an appointment. Should such cancellation occur within 48 hours prior to your appointment time, a new appointment will be scheduled without additional fees, based on availability. Appointments are of high importance, and keeping scheduled bookings helps keep costs low for you. We realize that unforeseen circumstances might require schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel an appointment, we request at least 24 hours’ notice.

Refund Policy
Except as set out in Company policies, all services are non-refundable, but we will be more than happy to schedule a corrective service free of charge at our discretion. Teal Garden Nutrition does not offer any money-back guarantees. You recognize and agree that you shall not be entitled to a refund for any purchase under any circumstances. Teal Garden Nutrition may provide a “store credit” option, please speak with management.

Limitation of Liability
You agree to absolve the company of any and all liability or loss that you or any person or entity associated with you may suffer or incur as a result of use of the information contained on the Company’s website, information provided from its services, consultations and programs, and/or the resources you receive from Teal Garden Nutrition. You agree that the Company shall not be liable to you for any type of damages, including direct, indirect, special, incidental, equitable or consequential loss or damages for use of the Company’s website, its services and programs, and consultations.
